PFW10 agendas heehee :)

I went to a fitting a while ago which was rescheduled from the other day when I had to do the PMAP workshop :) Went to the boutique "Myth" in Greenbelt 5 which sells designer items from Randy Ortiz, Joel Escober, etc. I love it there and I'm sure you guys would too!! They have very unique finds and the fitting rooms are just so cute. I have this thing for bathrooms and fitting rooms. I adore the ones in Adora and in Myth :) lol

So Krizhca, my sister picked me up after jazz and we headed to the gym to lose some calories together!! so cute cos she's so young yet so determined to get into shape :)

Then headed to another fitting (remember in my other post when I mentioned that there was this dress I didn't fit right into?yeah there.lol :)) ), they still kinda have to alter it a bit because my second hip is just way too big!!haha :))

I'm actually really hyped up for tomorrow because there's going to be this meeting where all the proponents and models for "Paulina's Dream" (which is actually very relevant to nation-building) and many of the people I haven't spent much time with might be there!! YAY!! heehee :))

This week is PHILIPPINE FASHION WEEK 2010 and I'm both nervous and excited at the same time!! heehee :))

HS friends :)

I was actually supposed to go to Bureau with my new friends from the shoot for DJ Euric's birthday bash but ended up going out with my beloved group of old friends :)

First place was to drop by brother off at a friend's place for her sister's kiddie party which had an inflatable slide and all.haha :))

Then went to drop by David's house,well technically, David's aunt's house. It's funny cos it was such a random meet-up. We were actually supposed to go jogging the other day around my village or at Polo but it never really pushed through. David texted around a little before lunch asking if I wanted to hang out. I said "alrighty sure!!" not knowing that David meant later on in the afternoon.lol

So we really did meet up before I headed to Rockwell and it was actually much fun. David was really different from the David I'd hang out with when I'd visit La Salle or during the games I watch on tv. I was really surprised cos Dave was so chill and we really got to hang out even if was just for a bit. Even looked at the photography book which was a compilation of pictures from the Rolling Stone. Fun guy,really. so not what everyone perceives David to be.haha :)



(since I super love Hello Kitty and this was on the wall of David's baby cousin, i just super had to take a picture.lol :)) )

Planning it all just yesterday, Dinnie and I decided to watch a movie ('twas actually for "Last Song") but ended up watching Shrek 4. It was really funny and it was such a cute and refreshing movie. I've always actually liked DreamWorks Productions because of their total originality. They do actually have a great sense of humor in all their movies and that's what I like best :)

Started out with just Dinnie, Iano, Jella, Bianca, Tammy and I, we went around the mall taking advantage of the "Free Comic Book Day" at Fully Booked. I left my comic with Bianca but oh well. We bumped into Casey+Javi, Ina+Kevin (even her super adorable sister!!), Trixie, Amanda and her sister and many more!! I really do love chatting with people I haven't been with for quite some time, most especially with those I rarely really do talk to. Notice how when you guys are in the everyday place (like school), it's not a big of a deal. But when in a mall or some resort, it's all, "HEEEEEY!!HOW YOU NA??" lol




Then we were also able to hang out with Ana who I haven't got to bond with in forever as well and we went to Cafe Mediterranean and ate really cool stuff. I haven't actually really tried it before and hey, it was pretty unique in the yummiest way possible.haha :))



Then to the house of my brother's friend to pick Armand up. The house is so big and it's really nice. I really do love spacious houses but I love minimalistic ones the best :) Dinnie and my brother bonded more than I did and it's cute because I love how my friends get along with my siblings :)

One thing that I also do love is getting random IMs from the best people in the world. Special mention to my close friend AJ Quidlat who never fails to make me smile. There's just something about Aj that makes me love the guys more and more each day. Cheesy as it really sounds, that's the way it is with Mr. Quidlat and I would not have it any other way :) (love you!!heehee)

Okay I really am not the type to draw or be any fashion designer but I bumped into this on Rosanna Aranaz's Facebook :) this is really cool with the guides and all :) lol :))

Starstruck :))

So it's been my lifelong dream to be part of something really big and leave a mark. I'm not actually part of PMAP but I was asked to join a workshop alongside other newbies (sp?lol) for a runway tutorial 101 so I decided to give it a shot :)

Though I have ramped twice before, I must really admit that I am not gifted with the skill of gliding through any catwalk like it was 1,2,3. I've always been so nervous and I've actually been critiqued one too many times on the way I carry myself because I always let fear and anxiety get in the way.

The workshop we newbies joined a while ago was actually a very significant learning experience. Though we really haven't perfected any of our walks, we all did get a tip or two. Fortunate enough to have Ms. Marina Benipayao as our mentor, we all listened intently like it was gonna be our last big lesson. She is the most elegant, poised, eloquent supermodel I know of. The way she just carries herself is amazing and the way she walks down that catwalk, she glides through it with flying colors.

I also really must blog about how I met Mikaela Lagdameo-Martinez
because I've always been such a big fan. I love how she's so beautiful inside and out and how she comes into a room with such a fresh personality. She even did share with us her super delicious food creation, fresh salsa that would definitely go with anything!! I have actually been meaning to order from her store, Gourmet Pao which I actually told my mom about. It's healthy food but delicious food!! I suggest that you all give it a try. They deliver!! :)

Well, that is pretty much it. I'm still so starstruck from a while ago and I promise to keep all that I learned in mind. That's really the least you can do when you've learned from the best :)

hey to a new week!! :)

Hey how's everybody doing?? :) I just pretty much came from a fitting for Philippine Fashion Week's Grand Allure Show :) features many talented Filipino designers and I cannot wait to post pictures of their gorgeous works!! I fit some dresses, actually almost all except one which was assigned to me!! I'm dieting and working on it but my hips are just way too big for them to throw on just any dress!! I'm actually a 37 on the hips. whew.

Well, I have my room to fix for the house blessing!! :) look at the messy room I have to fix!! lol

oh well. haha I shall already head to some household chores.

Mirror, Mirror On the Wall

..who is the fairest of them all?



Topshop has this new thing. A mirror that displays comments when you stand in front of it. It's pretty cool but can you just imagine the speed of my heartbeat the moment I step on the x mark?? I wonder what it'd say if I did so.
